Yellow Creek Campground Cancellation Policy

🌲 Same-Day Booking
Booked your getaway and immediately changed your mind? It happens! Cancel on the same calendar day you make your reservation, and you'll receive a 100% refund.

🌲 More Than 14 Days Before Arrival
Life happens, and we understand. Cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, and we'll gladly refund your payment, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

🌲 14 Days or Less Before Arrival
By this point, we've likely turned away other campers and saved a spot just for you. No refunds will be issued. However, you may reschedule your stay one time to another available date within the same calendar year, subject to availability and a $25 rescheduling fee.

🌦️ Weather Happens
Rain, sunshine, wind, or the occasional overly dramatic weather forecast are all part of the camping adventure. We do not offer refunds due to weather. The good news? You may still reschedule your reservation one time within the same calendar year under the policy above.

🏕️ No-Shows
If you don't arrive and don't let us know before your scheduled arrival date, we'll assume the squirrels claimed your campsite first. No refunds or reschedules will be provided.

🌄 Early Departures
If you decide to head home early, we hope you had a great stay. No refunds or credits are available for unused nights.
