Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park Terms and Conditions

Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park (“the Park”) has adopted the following rules and regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

For all RV customers:

Check-in is at 1:00 p.m. 

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If your site has not been vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your vacation, you may be charged a $100 flat fee plus $30 per hour until you leave.

For all cabin and apartment guests:

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m.

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If your cabin has not been vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your vacation may be charged a $100 flat fee plus $50 per hour until you leave.

WI-FI

Complimentary WIFI access is provided. We do not guarantee WI-FI at all sites or at all times.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICIES

RV SITE RESERVATIONS

If you cancel your RV site reservation 31 days or more before your reservation start date, you will be refunded your entire reservation amount less a 10% cancellation fee.

If you cancel your RV site reservation less than 31 days and more than 7 days before your reservation start date, you will be refunded 50% of your reservation amount.

If you cancel your RV site reservation 7 days or less before your reservation start date, your reservation is non-refundable.

CABINS & APARTMENTS (LODGING)

If you cancel your lodging reservation 61 days or more before your reservation start date, you will be refunded your entire reservation amount less a 10% cancellation fee.

If you cancel your lodging reservation less than 61 days and more than 30 days before your reservation start date, you will be refunded 50% of your reservation amount.

If you cancel your lodging reservation 30 days or less before your reservation start date, your reservation is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that any reservation they wish to cancel is officially canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. A reservation is not considered canceled until the cancellation has been confirmed by our system or staff.

Attempting to cancel via voicemail, email, or phone without receiving confirmation does not constitute a valid cancellation. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellations, but customers remain fully responsible for ensuring their cancellation is completed and acknowledged.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations that are not properly completed and confirmed.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

If you fail to show up on the day of your reservation and don't inform us you will be arriving at a later time, we will cancel your reservation the following day at noon and your reservation is nonrefundable.

Park Rules

Rules are subject to change. Additional rules may be posted in the office or clubhouse and apply equally.

  • Our most important rule is that you enjoy your stay in West Yellowstone, MT and Yellowstone National Park!  If you have any questions, please ask, we are here to help.

  • If you book a site that does not accommodate your RV and other vehicles/equipment per the reservation description, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation fees.

  • If you leave the Park prior to the end of your reservation, you will not be given a refund.

  • We reserve the right to move your site within the site type you booked. However, we do our best to accommodate requests.

  •  For all reservations the guest is required to have a card on file. The Park reserves the right to charge the guest for any damage to the park.

  • Sites are not transferable.

  • The minimum age to reserve a stay at our park is 21 years old

  • The park is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of your property. Drivers are responsible for their own vehicles and any damage to those vehicles or other equipment while at the park. It is your responsibility to avoid causing damage while driving through the park. The Park is not responsible for damage caused to your vehicle when using slide outs. We cannot guarantee the use of RV or slide outs that are too large for the space you reserved.

  • The speed limit in our park is 5 miles per hour (this includes cars, bikes, golf carts, etc.). Many families, children and pets use our internal roads, and we want all our guests to be safe.

  •  No wood fires are permitted. We do allow propane fire pits, as well as propane and charcoal grills. You may use a personal grill provided it is not located on grass.

  • Please park only at your assigned site. Additional vehicle parking is available. Please see the office for additional parking permit.

  • Be cautious in freezing temperatures. All surfaces could be icy. You are responsible for preventing our faucets from freezing by disconnecting your water hose each night.

  •  Sewer hoses must be securely held in place with a sewer ring gasket. A water pressure regulator is strongly recommended.

  • No tents on any sites. 

  • One RV is allowed per site.

  • For safety reasons, we do not allow clotheslines, hammocks or anything attached to our trees.

  • You are visiting bear country. Please keep all food and coolers inside. BBQ grills should be stored inside when not in use. We do provide free grill mats to protect our picnic tables, please ask in the office.

  • Your site must be kept neat and clean of rubbish. Garbage shall be placed in a secured container on your site and thereafter disposed in the Park’s dumpsters in a tied or otherwise secured plastic bag.

  • Vehicles may not be parked or driven on any grassy areas. Vehicle maintenance is not allowed on the premises

  • Mats, rugs, canopies or other solid materials including stakes may not be placed on or in the grass.

  • No generators or gas-powered washers at any time.

  • We ask that parents accompany children using the facilities. Please take caution when crossing or playing near any internal RV Park roads.

  • For the convenience of all our campers and guests, we have established quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.

  • Please respect your neighbors and don’t walk across their site.

  • The Park prohibits smoking in any Park owned building, including restrooms, and within 15 feet of any Park owned building, including restrooms.

  • The Park welcomes your pets as part of your vacation experience. All pets must be on a leash and must always be under their owner’s control. The Park reserves the right, at its discretion, to require a pet owner to remove their pet from the property if necessary to enforce the Park’s rules and to ensure all those who vacation at the Park have an enjoyable experience.Please clean up after your pets. Grizzly RV Park reserves the right to ask you to remove the pet if you fail to clean up after it.

  • Solicitation of products or services at the Park is expressly prohibited.

The Rules and Regulations are to provide all those who vacation at the Park an enjoyable vacation experience.
