    May 8 - September 13

    Are you celebrating something special at the campground? Birthday, Anniversary, Engagement, Graduation, Family Reunion, or Wedding? Make your stay with us extra special with a Visit From a Bear. Invite Yogi, Cindy, or Boo Boo to come to your personal get-together. We will do our best to send the bear of your choice. However, a specific bear may be busy or hibernating, so we cannot always guarantee which bear will come. Your visit will include a bear coming to your campsite or cabin for a personal 30-minute visit. Your visits can be customized as well by choosing the various available options; add a cake for (Birthdays), Cookies, and a Drink for (Tuck-in), engagement or wedding wishes, or have a bear arrive with a special gift or gift certificate for the (Special Camper). Please call the Ranger Station at 1-888-225-7773 or 902-765-2830 for more information, check availability or schedule a visit. Please allow more than one week to schedule a bear visit.

  • Extra Vehicle & Temporary Storage Facility

    Subject to availability, if you’re booking two consecutive/uninterrupted weekends, you can enjoy leaving your camper during the Weekday on your site or any available site inside the campground for temporary Storage (Hooked up) to electricity during the Weekday from Sunday to Thursday.) This will save you time and money for not hauling your camper back and forth. Please call the Ranger Station at 1-888-225-7773 to check the details and availability.

    We have all your essentials. We sell Firewood, Ice, kindling, and so much more in our Ranger Station. No need to pack them. Delivery of some items to your site can also be arranged, so please stop by the Ranger station to set up and see all of the other great essentials and Yogi Merchandise we have for sale.

    (PWE-Premium Weekend-NATAL DAY-AUG-04) Watch out! Calling all Superheroes to the campground this weekend.. Yogi Bear sure will have to be careful not to pull any of his shenanigans they may risk getting caught by Ranger Smith Will come and visit us, and he wants to celebrate all his favourite everyday heroes! Superheroes like Batman and Robin, Wonder Woman and Avengers characters are all welcome. We will have visits from local heroes throughout the weekend. Keep on the lookout for police cars, Firetrucks, Ambulances, Nurses, Doctors, and Military members. We are much safer knowing they are there to support us. Decorate your face as your favourite superhero? Maybe it’s Spider-Man or woman, the Hulk, Batman, or Batgirl. If you know of a camper who is an everyday hero to you, make a badge of distinction for them to wear as we celebrate all of the heroes in our lives. Dress up as your favourite superhero and strut your stuff in our superhero costume parade. Weather permitting, we will welcome the Cool Moves BMX Bike Presentation. Come watch them showcase their Flips and Ramp Work as they are sure to please the crowd. Join us for a Silent Disco Dance at the Campground ($4)and groove to whatever you’re in the mood for. Test your skills at Archery and show your favourite hero how much you appreciate them! A Movie Night, Hayride, Bingo, Waterslide and many other activities! Bring your inner strength and become a superhero for the weekend and beyond! We are much safer knowing they are there to support us. Decorate your face as your favourite superhero? Maybe it’s Spider-Man or woman, the Hulk, Batman, or Batgirl. Play games such as tug of war, complete an obstacle course, and test your strength at Hulk Smash! Bring your inner strength and become a superhero for the weekend and beyond
