First time at this place and it was great Is a newer place and looks great

Well kept, easy access, and a great location. We had a great stay and are sure to be back.

This is our third time here (all during the winter months) and the first time we’ve had issues; three issues to be precise. 1) The Class A motorhome next to us has a big dog and the owners have allowed it to go to the bathroom for the last 10 days on their site and my site and they have yet to pick up a single turf; disgusting. I’ve mentioned it to the front desk THREE TIMES and they have done absolutely nothing to either get the owner to pick up the poop or have the park staff do the job. This is unacceptable. 2) On several days, the gym has resembled a daycare full of kids happily wiping their noses on their hands and then on to the equipment. The gym is supposed to be 18 and up; I’ve mentioned this to the staff and they have solved nothing. Also, the disinfecting wipes in the gym are bone dry and have not been replaced even after several requests by me. 3) We’ve been here 10 days and are leaving a day early as there’s bad weather coming in and we’d rather not be in the middle of bad weather on our travel day. We asked for a one-night refund and were given a nonsensical answer as to what that wasn’t possible. The staff needs a refresher course on taking care of repeat customers. I’ll stay here again as it’s 15 minutes from my son’s home in Castle Rock, but I will not be happy about it unless management gets its act together and does a vastly improved job. We’ve stayed at Sun Outdoors parks in CA, TX, And Granby, CO and this is by far the worst experience we’ve had. Usually, this company is very good at running a clean, friendly park - not this one. PS. During our stay they changed the entry gate code without letting us know; thanks.

Easy breezy checkin and checkout process (especially after hours), and that have great facilities! Our hot tub was super easy to use and spacious, and our room was perfect for a young family getaway!

No instructions how to find code to get in after hours 50 amp didn’t work at our site Called ranger didn’t answer for 30 minutes We moved to a new site Poor water pressure and also took a complete shower with no hot water Staff completely rude Called front office and they would hang up Call again hang up call again hang up Call again they answer Husband asked a question at the front office and the woman said you would know that if you read the flyer. Absolutely horrible customer service! Nothing open unless it’s the weekend Dog parks covered in feces.

Me and my wife and family had a great time. The original booked for one week and we had fun we extended to another week. Thanks a lot

The place is awesome, I've stayed there twice and the kids loved it. Recently I stayed from July 14 to the 18th and since I got there I notice the sewer wasn't going going down correctly. I let them know about the issue and no one showed up. 3 days into camping and nothing has gotten fixed I finally went to the office and told them again of the issue and they told me we can't fixed it and they offered for me to move to another site. But since I only had one more night I wasn't about to move all my shit so I moved my motorhome to another site and dumped it there then moved it to the original spot. It's unfortunate to pay over $100 per to be having those type of problem.

Amenities were awesome!

The campsite was difficult to back into, but otherwise was excellent. Our grandkids had a fantastic time in the swimming pool and the water park.

It's a wonderful place for families. Lots of planned activities for all. Bring your wallet everywhere you go. Almost everything costs extra. Prices are not too bad. Had a blast with the grandkids. Ages 6mo tru 13 yrs. Everyone had a good time.
