Satisfaction Rating

No one showed us where our spot was. There was only gas area. It was raining. The rain continued causing flooding at the campgrounds and also in Ames where we are from. We decided to go home on Saturday cuz we had water in our house basement. We purchased the insurance. We are told it had to rain between 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. That is ridiculous when there is flooding in our state!

Pool was dirty, pot hole all over, arrived on a Sunday to find every dumpster completely overfilled, and it was run down. Staff was awesome! So helpful and accommodating. Thank you!
