Loved the campground and location. Staff was unaccommodating when we wanted a few people over for cake around a fire for a couple hours on my birthday. They were not busy at all and had many sites open. We would’ve understood if it was packed and no place to park. Other than that and parking issues for more than one vehicle, it’s a convenient place to stay and we loved the location and seclusion.

we very pleased with the person at the Office , we could only stay one night of our 2 week stay due to the brand new air conditioner installed in our Motor Home blew. and with the dogs and heat , it would have been impossible to site see. We.. will hopefully return next year.. was soooo looking forward to visiting..things happen I guess Till the next visit Take Care Diane

Had a great flat concrete pad new picnic table great utilities, 2 pools, camp store, and peace and quiet wooden area.

Under construction and the dog run was not completed which was one major reason we picked this camp ground so our dog could run. Laundry room closed while there and they wanted 5 dollars to replace dirty towels with new ones. We stayed in one cabin our in-laws in another both had severe ant problem. The grass was high and needed cutting. The play ground and jump station needed ti be mulched again it was a mud pit. I would have have 0 stars but the staff was nice

Giving the campground 5 stars for benefit of the doubt. Renovations were being completed while we were there is why they are getting the benefit of the doubt. We only had one shower on our side of the campground that was accessible. I will say the staff was very helpful with all needs. I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

My family spent 4 nights at Bear Cove in one of their cabins. We originally had an RV site booked and had to change plans last minute when we experienced truck issues. The staff was great and were able to change our reservations last minute. The park was clean and well maintained. There were a bunch of upgrades going in as well. My complaints, the cabin was TINY. There was no seating anywhere. We had to eat our meals in our beds. Outside most of the other cabins had tables and grills, but ours did not. There were no fire rings available for the cabins either. The camp store as cute as it is with all the Jellystone merch had no bottled water of any kind. After a long day on the road, having to go back out just to get water was not ideal.

We didn’t know when we came that they were under construction and we wouldn’t have Wi-Fi. We were in the mountains so we couldn’t get regular TV in. My husband’s in a wheelchair so he does watch a lot of TV. They should’ve gave us a little bit of a discount then because they advertised Wi-Fi.

Minutes from everywhere we needed to go but also very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be back!

Great location really looking nice there. They take good care of it. Really nice people.

Clean park. Recently under new ownership so there was a lot of construction and closed sites. The sites are pretty small but have nice concrete pads. Location is everything, great spot and convenient drive to Pigeon Forge.

There was no cable as advertised and ran out of water in Mama bear cabin.
