The campground was clean and staff was helpful. We booked our trip late this year as we had other plans that got canceled so we were forced to choose a campground location near a main road. Location is LOUD, the Dollywood train is audible inside your camper, and there were sirens all night our first night a lot of ambient noise being less than 100yards from a main road. The spots are tight to back into if there is a bulk trash drop at the site as they are placed RIGHT on the narrow road. The sites are short so you have to park almost in the road and that limits other people backing in if you have a longer truck and camper combo. If ambient noise is ok at night or you have a shorter camper combo it is great and would recommend. The campground is representative of a in town campground to park a camper while you see the area, bulk trash is nice and the sites are nice with a table and Adirondack chairs at ours along with a fire pit.

Advertising cable and WIFI and had nether. Was under new management but was never informed until arrival

Cabin was nice but didn’t have WiFi, stove wouldn’t heat enough to cook and it wasn’t even an oven just a two glass burner on the counter there was a small toaster oven but thought there would be an actual one when listed as full kitchen. And the heater in the main room didn’t work.

Bear Cove village is located only about one mile from Dollywood and only a couple miles from everything else. The park is quiet and well maintained. It is currently changing ownership, so there was no WiFi, however, they didn’t offer any compensation. It’s a bit difficult to locate since their sign is behind some trees and unlit.

Quite and convenient

Great location, but entrance sign was hard to see. Facilities were very nice and saw a bear near the campground.

Was advertised to have WiFi and cable. Didn’t find out till check in that they didn’t have either. Kids was pretty bummed about that.

Spaces are a bit cramped but easy to get in and out.

From previous reviews I expected a RV park that was not great. To our surprise the park was pretty nice and we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very nice, the park staff worked continuously to keep things clean and running smooth. The park was quiet at night, the bathrooms were clean, and the trash picked up at least twice a day. The host told us new owners had bought the park just two weeks prior and were going to refurbish it entirely very soon. The negatives were clanking man hole covers, both pools were closed, the sites are a little close together in some areas, and they haven't gotten the wifi connected quite yet.. So not a perfect park but I thought it was pretty good. I would stay again without hesitation.

No Internet as advertised

Great location, staff was friendly and helpful, and it was extremely quite for a family.

Really nice people to deal with - the pad that we were assigned was not level - to the point one side the wheels were at least 4 to 6 inches off the pad - had to go buy wheel leveling blocks to make stable. Hook ups were fine and we had to leave a day early - no refund - I guess that’s the way it’s done. I’m kind of new to the RV business. I would go back. Maybe pay for a couple of days and negotiate for extra days? It’s a nice quiet family friendly place and I would recommend. Thanks

location, location, location Basics - Electricity, water, sewer - were as good as any could ask for Swimming pool, spa, etc. etc. not relevant for me. Just need the spot with the basics.

Peaceful, and felt very comfortable staying there. We will be back.
