My stay was fine.But do to hurricane Helene I had to change my reservation from 9/27/24 -10/1 To 10/4-10/8 the following week because of all the flooding.They charge me extra $80.48.Because I change my reservation. My original charge was $200.09 Thanks Francis M G

Staff very friendly. Site was easy setup. Showers very clean. Pool could have used a little work but was only able to use once due to hurricane Helene Convenient to Dollywood and not far from Gatlinburg.

Good location if you're visiting Dollywood just note the Trolley doesn't stop here so you'll need to uber. We loved the pool near us (other one wasn't open) and swam every day. The wifi was good on day 1 but didn't work again for the rest of our stay. Laundry facilities were good. Staff were friendly.

The campsite was very quiet at night. The camp staff worked very hard to keep the camp maintained and clean. All staff were friendly. There were not as many activities for the kids as other Yogi camps and the camp is on a hill not flat so we didn’t take the kids bikes off the camper. We enjoyed the quietness of the camp and the laundry room was great. We stayed here 7 days.

The facility was very nice. Our neighbors that arrived on the second night were very rude and disrespectful of our space but that is not a reflection on Jelly Stone. We will be back. Thanks

Decent older camp ground the electric needs updated had a lot of electric problems and needed to hook to a different site when more campers showed up and turning things on had electric issues again. But for the most part we loved the location

We loved the quiet. But the bathrooms are old, broken and flood. Camp spots are average. We didn’t have electricity when we arrived it had to be fixed. Lots of people that live in the campground you don’t want to upset. It was average.

For being a nationwide campground I was unimpressed. The sights are very tight , only about 5 feet of grass or gravel between the cement pads, and the campground staff seemed to be having a hard time keeping up with the mowing and upkeep on the grounds.

Dog park needed grass mowed. No second usable pool as advertised. WIFI was very poor to none existent. Many other places in park that needed mowed and maintained. Safety concerns: dead trees at entrance that need removed before they fall, propane and firewood stored in close proximity with no fire extinguishers visible. Trash cans with no lids through out park with no lids so rainwater can get in and knock bag down, also animals can easily get in. Junk accumulation around permanent or semi permanent rvs. On a good note the washer and dryers were nice.

Place was great! Friendly staff. Well maintained. They emptied trash daily. Bathrooms were clean. They had daily activities for the kids. Close to everything! Wish the pool / play area for the kids was bigger. Overall….glad we stayed here. 👍🏼
