Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Daily / Weekly Reservations

Cancellations:

• 14 days or more before arrival:
  You can either pay $25 fee or postpone your stay once—up to one year from your original reservation.
  (If you postpone and later cancel, all payments will be forfeited.)

• 13 days to 48 hours before arrival:
  50% of your total reservation will be kept.

• 48 hours or less before arrival:
  The full amount of your reservation will be kept.

• No refunds for early departure. 

Changing Your Stay Dates:

• Any changes made within 14 days of arrival won’t be eligible for refunds for nights removed from your stay.

Monthly / Long-Term Reservations

• A $250 deposit is required to hold your site.

• The deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of your scheduled arrival.

Bad Weather Policy

• We know weather can be unpredictable! Please note that all reservations are non-refundable due to weather.

• When booking considering buying the weather policy through www.sensibleweather.com

• We encourage guests to consider flexible travel plans or travel insurance if weather is a concern.
