Refund Policy

Once you have checked into the park, no refunds will be issued, including for early departures.

If the number of guests in your party is reduced upon arrival from the original reservation, no refund will be provided.

Any changes made to your reservation within 14 days of your arrival date are non-refundable for any dates removed from your stay.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
