The people who mowed the grass got clippings everywhere. The picnic tables could definitely use a coat of paint. We like our location at #8 nicely protected by the trees

1. I called Almond Tree directly to reserve and no one answered the phone. I left 3 msgs. I did not receive a call back for hours. By that time I had reserved through Campspot and was charged an $8.00 booking fee. 2. Arrived at Almond Tree and there was no electricity. And electrician was called and arrived a few hours later. 3. Later the same day there was water line trouble and the water was turned off for a few hours. 4. We paid an electric bill on top of the park fee. Electric meter set up is for long term park residents, not over night or 2-4 night guests. We have camped at Almond Tree for many years. We will NOT be coming back.

Raising your rates by $40, since it was the holidays was an awful thing to do. You acted like it was a busy time for you and you could get away with it. Your RV Park wasn't even a third full. I never saw a maintenance person around. You had a dead goose there for a couple of days and after the rain stopped, someone could have cleaned up the leaves that were everywhere.

Park is very well maintained. Ladies restroom is neat. Shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The park seemed very tidy. We were there for two nights during one of the worst storms in many years. Very high winds and driving rain and intense lightening. Unfortunately the park lost power, as did a lot of Chico. One thing I didn’t like was the parking pad was not wide enough to keep the entry steps off of the lawn. We had to step into muddy grass. Not ideal. But otherwise seemed like a nice park. The cot was too high t over $100/night that included a pet fee.
