Tight campground. Paid for a premium got a buddy site. Picnic tables side by side. No privacy.

Safe, clean quiet campground. Location excellent for Durango activities. Easy about 1 hour drive from Mesa Verde. Staff friendly & helpful. Clean showers/bathrooms. Large shade trees.

Great staff. Communication was excellent prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Proximity to Mesa Verde, Silverton, Ouray and of course Durango was perfect for us.

Very clean campground. The cleanest I have ever been at. Quiet. Well maintained and friendly staff!

The community is great and the on site crew of very professional, respectful, and kind. The location is in a prime spot for hot springs, downtown Durango, and the million dollar highway.

The park sits perfectly for where we went all week. The mountains surround you at this campsite. Lovely. The staff meet you to escort you in to help get you set up.

Very nice area. The laundry facilities and bathrooms were very clean. Large shade trees made for quiet, relaxing time. We would stay here again

Camp sites are nice. Great location near Durango in a beautiful area. , clean bathrooms & laundry facilities. Has a General store, swimming pool, pickleball courts and fishing pond. We will stay at this campground again.

Beautiful spot, very clean, nice people, easy in and out!

Our camping spot was located behind the office. This is the old part. Our view was our neighbors sewer hose. The camping spot also had some gravel but also dirt where our camper was sitting. The front part of Apen Rose was nice green grass. This is where the class A were parked. We have a class C. The park itself had pickel ball courts, large dog park, and other nice amenities.

It was lovely and quiet with pleasant people

Sewer outlet was too far up the parking space to be usable. After a night of rain, the site was muddy, could use some more crushed stone.

Nice clean and organized. Very quiet at night.

We needed last minute reservations. They were great! Very well run park. We definitely will come her again when we’re in Durango!
