Cancellation Policy

Deposit/Cancellation:

For a stay of 29 days or less, a deposit equal to the cost of Guest’s first (1st) night’s rent is due at the time of reservation. No cancellation fees are due if Guest cancels seven (7) days, or more, before arrival.  Any deposit (in the amount equal to one day of the reservation fee) is forfeited if Guest cancels their reservation less than seven (7) days before arrival. The cost of Guest’s entire stay is due and payable upon check-in.

For a stay of 30 days or more, a deposit of $150.00 is due at the time of reservation. No cancellation fees are due if Guest cancels their reservation fourteen (14) days, or more, before arrival.  However, should Guest cancel their reservation less than fourteen (14) days before arrival, said deposit is forfeited.

Move Out Policy / Termination Notice: Guests renting RV Sites or Lodgings for one (1) month or more are required to email a 30-day notice, failure to do so could result in a $150.00 fee and/or forfeit of deposit.  For Guests staying in the Park less than 30 days, no advance notice is required, and occupancy shall terminate at the end of the reserved Term unless extended.
