Refund Policy

Guest is required to follow all move out procedures including but not limited to:

• Written 30 Day Move Out Notice

• RV Site/Lodging left clean (Lodging may have additional requirements)

• All balances paid including but not limited to (Rents, utilities, fines and misc. charges)

Once all balances are paid Ancient Oaks RV Resort will have refund issues within 14 days of departure.
