The location is awful. The sound of a motor pump unit that is huge in the middle of the park ran constantly the smell from that pump set up and or buy you was awful. The Dog Park was nice the washrooms and laundry, extremely old and crude. Electric worked fine. The water had a leak and sprayed all over the place. The sewer had no cover on it …..so it was just left exposed with a big crack in the pipe. When you look at the website, the photos look really nice really nothing representative of the place even a shot showing the Bayou with foliage and it looks like that’s your view was nowhere to be found there. Also, the owner manager does not stay on premises. If you need them you have to call on the phone. The price of this stay was $74 ……$24 maybe would’ve been the right number Some sort of refund would be appropriate as this place does not command $74 at all.
