Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Daily and Weekly Reservations:

Cancellations received at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before arrival are nonrefundable. No-shows and reservations cancelled on the scheduled arrival date will be charged the full reservation amount.

Monthly Reservations:

Cancellations received at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. . Cancellations received fewer than 30 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit and any other nonrefundable fees.

Holiday and Special-Event Reservations:

Holiday and special-event reservations are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date.

Early Departures:

No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, late arrivals, weather conditions, personal emergencies, changes in travel plans, or removal from the park for violating park rules.

Management may approve a date change or account credit under exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Any approved credit must be used within 12 months and has no cash value.
