Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with Beaver Run RV Park’s cancellation policy. Reservation, processing, and credit card fees are nonrefundable.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival, no-shows, early departures, late arrivals, weather conditions, illness, changes in travel plans, or removal from the park for violating park rules.

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the guest’s financial institution.
