Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility for our guests while allowing Boise Riverside RV Park enough time to resell reserved sites.

NIGHTLY & WEEKLY RESERVATIONS

Cancellation 3 or more days before your scheduled arrival:
Your reservation may be cancelled with a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee.

Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival:
The reservation is non-refundable. However, at the park's discretion, we may issue a credit toward a future stay.

No-shows:
Guests who do not arrive and do not contact the office will be considered a no-show. The reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS

Monthly reservations require a 15-day cancellation notice.

If a monthly reservation is cancelled with at least 15 days' notice, any refundable balance will be returned according to the terms of the reservation.

Cancellations made with less than 15 days' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or charges for the reserved period that cannot be re-rented.

Once a monthly stay has begun, refunds are not provided for early departure.

Reservations requiring an extended commitment, seasonal agreement, or special rate may be subject to additional cancellation terms stated at the time of booking.

Deposits and payments for these reservations may be non-refundable.

EARLY DEPARTURES

There are no refunds for early departures after check-in. Guests are responsible for the dates reserved, regardless of whether they choose to leave early.

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL-EVENT RESERVATIONS

Reservations during holidays, special events, or other high-demand periods may have cancellation requirements that differ from our standard policy.

Any special cancellation terms will be disclosed before the reservation is completed.

WEATHER & ROAD CONDITIONS

Boise Riverside RV Park does not provide refunds due to weather, road conditions, smoke, wildfire, or other circumstances beyond the park's control.

Guests are encouraged to consider travel conditions and obtain travel insurance when appropriate.

PARK CANCELLATIONS

If Boise Riverside RV Park must cancel a reservation because of circumstances within the park's control, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the guest and provide an appropriate refund or alternative reservation.

In circumstances beyond the park's control, including emergencies, natural disasters, government action, or other force majeure events, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION METHOD

Cancellations must be made through the Boise Riverside RV Park office or through the reservation system, when available. The effective cancellation date is the date the cancellation is received.

Boise Riverside RV Park reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions to this policy at management's discretion.

By making a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
