Boise Riverside RV Park – Nightly Reservation Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation, paying a deposit, or checking in at Boise Riverside RV Park ("the Park"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Park Rules. These terms apply to every guest, occupant and visitor on your site.

Reservations & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed only once payment or a deposit of the first night's fee has been received.

  • The balance of your stay is due at check-in.

  • Rates are per site, per night, for one RV and up to 6 people. Applicable taxes are added to all stays.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. The card on file may be charged for unpaid balances, extra nights, damages or fees described in these terms.

  • Rates are subject to change, but the rate quoted on your confirmation is honored for the dates booked.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in is after 1:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, and may carry a fee of $15.

  • Arriving after office hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM? Let us know in advance and we will provide after-hours check-in instructions.

  • Guests who stay past check-out without approval will be charged for an additional night.

  • No refunds are given for early departures or unused nights.

Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before arrival receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival forfeit the first night's fee.

  • No-shows are charged the first night and the remainder of the reservation is released.

  • Date changes are subject to availability.

  • Holiday and special-event reservations may have a stricter policy, stated at the time of booking.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Occupancy, Vehicles & Sites

  • Maximum one RV and one additional vehicle per site. Extra vehicles must park in designated overflow parking and may carry a fee.

  • The registered guest must be 18 or older and present for the stay. Occupancy is limited to 8 people per site.

  • Visitors must check in at the office. Overnight visitors count as registered guests.

  • Site types are guaranteed; specific site numbers are not. The Park may reassign sites when necessary.

  • Guests must accurately report RV length, type and slide-outs at booking. If your rig doesn't fit the reserved site and no suitable site is available, standard cancellation terms apply.

  • Tents, sub-leasing and transferring a reservation to another party are not permitted without approval.

Pets

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome, limited to 2 per site. Breed restrictions may apply.

  • Pets must be leashed and under control whenever outside the RV, and never left unattended outside.

  • Owners must pick up after pets immediately and keep noise to a minimum.

  • The Park may require the removal of any pet that is aggressive, disruptive or unsanitary. Owners are responsible for any injury or damage their pet causes.

Park Conduct & Safety

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Generators may not be run in the Park.

  • Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the Park.

  • Keep sites clean and uncluttered. Trash goes in the designated dumpsters only.

  • Campfires and fireworks are not permitted.

  • Use a sewer donut or seal on all sewer connections, and a water pressure regulator on water hookups.

  • No vehicle or RV repairs, oil changes or washing on site without approval.

  • Illegal activity, disorderly conduct, and behavior that disturbs other guests or staff are not tolerated.

Liability, Damages & Right to Refuse Service

  • Guests use the Park and its facilities at their own risk. The Park is not responsible for loss, theft, injury or damage to persons, vehicles or property, including damage from weather, power surges or utility interruptions.

  • Registered guests are responsible for damage to Park property caused by anyone in their party, including their pets. Repair costs may be charged to the card on file.

  • Utility interruptions or Wi-Fi outages beyond the Park's control do not qualify for refunds.

  • The Park reserves the right to refuse service or to end a stay without refund for violations of these terms or the Park Rules, or for conduct that endangers or disturbs others.
