BOISE RIVERSIDE RV PARK

REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Boise Riverside RV Park’s refund policy is designed to clearly explain how refunds are handled when a reservation is cancelled, shortened, or otherwise changed.

Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation terms that applied to the reservation at the time it was booked.

NIGHTLY & WEEKLY RESERVATIONS

Cancellation 3 or more days before scheduled arrival

Guests who cancel at least 3 days before their scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less a $30 cancellation fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible.

Cancellation less than 3 days before arrival

Reservations cancelled less than 3 days before arrival are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for payments already made.

At management’s discretion, Boise Riverside RV Park may offer a credit toward a future stay. Any credit offered will be subject to the terms established by the park and is not guaranteed.

No-shows

Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and do not contact the park will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, and the reservation will be cancelled.

MONTHLY RESERVATIONS

Monthly reservations are subject to a 15-day cancellation notice.

When a monthly reservation is cancelled with at least 15 days’ notice, any refundable balance will be returned according to the terms of the reservation.

When less than 15 days’ notice is provided, Boise Riverside RV Park may retain the deposit and/or payments associated with the portion of the reservation that cannot be re-rented.

Once a monthly stay has begun, payments are non-refundable for unused days resulting from an early departure.

Monthly reservations involving special rates, extended commitments, seasonal agreements, or other special arrangements may have additional refund terms. Those terms will be disclosed at the time of booking.

EARLY DEPARTURES

After check-in, guests are responsible for the dates reserved.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, unused nights, unused portions of a weekly reservation, or unused portions of a monthly stay.

This applies regardless of the reason for the early departure.

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL-EVENT RESERVATIONS

Reservations made for holidays, special events, or other high-demand periods may have refund policies that differ from our standard policy.

Any special refund or cancellation terms will be disclosed to the guest before the reservation is completed.

WEATHER, ROAD CONDITIONS & TRAVEL INTERRUPTIONS

Boise Riverside RV Park does not provide refunds due to:

  • Weather

  • Road conditions

  • Smoke

  • Wildfire

  • Traffic or travel delays

  • Vehicle problems

  • Personal emergencies

  • Changes in travel plans

  • Other circumstances beyond the park’s control

Guests are encouraged to consider potential travel conditions and obtain travel insurance when appropriate.

PARK CANCELLATIONS

If Boise Riverside RV Park cancels a reservation due to circumstances within the park’s control, the park will make reasonable efforts to notify the guest and provide an appropriate refund or alternative reservation.

If a reservation must be cancelled because of circumstances beyond the park’s control, including emergencies, natural disasters, government action, or other force majeure events, any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original form of payment.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Boise Riverside RV Park is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or other payment processors.

Cancellation fees, non-refundable deposits, and other charges identified as non-refundable under the reservation terms will not be included in the refund.

RESERVATION CREDITS

When a credit is offered in lieu of a refund, the credit:

  • Is not guaranteed unless specifically approved by management.

  • May be subject to an expiration date.

  • May be subject to restrictions on dates, rates, or availability.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

  • May not be transferable unless approved by management.

Any specific terms associated with a credit will be provided to the guest when the credit is issued.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

The refund policy in effect at the time the reservation was made will govern the reservation unless otherwise required by law or specifically agreed to in writing by Boise Riverside RV Park.

Making a reservation constitutes the guest’s acknowledgment and acceptance of the applicable cancellation and refund policies.

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

Boise Riverside RV Park reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions to this refund policy at management’s discretion.

Any exception granted to one guest does not create an obligation to make the same exception for another reservation.

Boise Riverside RV Park reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to reservations made after the effective date of the revised policy.
