Buttersville Campground — Reviews

We loved our stay at Buttersville Campground! it was relaxing and quiet. And the view was absolutely beautiful! Also, the staff were very helpful and kind. We will definitely visit again!

Great campground.

Tranquil and Amazing!

Nice county park campground. Be prepared for the stairs to the beach, there is a lot of them.

We come to this campground often. We enjoy the staff, the location, and the small size of the campground.

The location along the shore was great, nice walks along the beach and along the peninsula. Campground is small but very clean and welcoming. We loved it and will come back!

Quiet setting, scenery and cleanliness. Most appreciated was the daily Badger ferry sightings.

This Campground has the best view of a bluff sunset over Lake Michigan! It is both pet and kid friendly with places for each to play. That said the camp ground is not very well kept, the bathrooms are too small for the number of campsites and are barely usable. The showers are dark and creepy with plenty of cob webs and dirt.

This our second year coming to this campground! We have really liked the staff, and other campers as well. The park is nice and clean, and right on the lake. Located in a cute small town. Definitely recommend.

We never get disappointed with Buttersville campground it’s a nice camp ground we will come back every year or sooner
