Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Please read our cancelation policy carefully.

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change, meaning you may need to cancel or modify your booking.

At no time is the transaction fee refunded

Changed Your Mind

The reservation may be able to be moved to a future date if there’s availability. If this is not possible and a refund is required, then the following applies…

• Cancel 30 days or more prior – a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
• Cancel 14 days to 29 days prior – a 50% refund.
• Cancel 7 days to 13 days prior – a 25% refund.
• No show or cancel less than 7 days – no refund is issued.

Change the Details

Scheduling can be a juggling act, and we are here to help as much as possible…

• Dates can be changed 30 days prior with no fees.
• Change 30 days or less can be made with a $25 rescheduling fee.

The Camp Fife Cancels

If Camp Fife needs to cancel the booking the option of transferring the fee to another date or receiving a full refund. All transfers and refunds must be confirmed within 30 days of the cancellation, otherwise all payments made to that point will be considered a donation to Friends of Camp Fife.

If you booking is cancelled due to non-compliance to the Terms and Conditions no refund will be provided.
