Cancellation Policy

Camp Williams Resort Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To ensure fairness to all our customers and to manage our resources effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Period: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival.

2. Penalties or Fees: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee of total stays.

3. Refund Policy: No Refunds. 

4. Exceptions or Special Circumstances: In case of illness or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. We may reschedule you in the 30 days span of your reservation. 

5. No-Show Policy: Customers who fail to show up for their acheduled arrival without prior notice may be charged the full cost of the service.
