Camping Terms and Conditions

General Information

  • No Wifi or Cell Service: Please note that the campsite does not provide WiFi or cell service. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly and embrace the opportunity to disconnect.

Check-In Time

  • Guests are required to check in between 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

  • Check-out time 12:00pm

  • Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not be accommodated on the same day. Guests arriving after 6:00 PM will need to check in the following day.

Do not attempt to back up on the ramp or parking area to let in late arrivals, as this can cause safety hazards and inconvenience for other guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Guest Information

All reservations must provide a list of names for every attendee prior to arrival. This helps streamline the check-in process and ensures compliance with site regulations. Please confirm your party details via email or phone at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.

 

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Fire

  • Floods

  • Weather Conditions

  • Road Closures

  • Family Emergencies

  • Illness

No Show Policy:  Guests who fail to check in without prior notification will be charged the full cost of their reservation, regardless of the circumstances. This policy ensures fairness and helps us accommodate others who may wish to visit.

Campsite Information

Camp Spots

  • Capacity: Maximum of 5 people per site.

  • Vehicles: Maximum of 1 vehicle per site.

Noise and Conduct

  • Campers are reminded that while staying within the occupancy limit, it is important to maintain reasonable noise levels to respect neighboring campsites. Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM, and no loud music or bass music is permitted at any time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Respect Other Campsites

  • As part of campground etiquette, campers should avoid walking through other guests' campsites. Please respect the privacy of others by sticking to designated paths and staying within your assigned areas.

Equipment Allowance

  • Campers are allowed either one tent and one canopy per campsite or two tents. This guideline ensures adequate space and comfort for each site while maintaining safety standards.

Barbeques and Fire Pits

  • For fire safety reasons, charcoal and wood barbecues are prohibited, as are fire pits. Campers are encouraged to plan alternative cooking methods, such as using propane stoves or preparing food ahead of time. Guests not complying with these rules risk being asked to leave the premises without a refund.

Pet Policy

We are pleased to welcome dogs to our campground. To ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all campers, the following guidelines must be observed:

Breed Restrictions:

  • For the safety of all guests, certain breeds or mixes thereof, including German Shepherds, Pitbulls, Doberman Pinschers, Great Danes, and Rottweilers, are not permitted. Additionally, any dog displaying aggressive behavior, regardless of breed, will be prohibited from the premises.

Leashes and Containment:

  • Dogs must always be on a leash no longer than 6 feet and cannot be left unattended or tethered outside of campsites. A secure pet enclosure may be used but requires supervision.

Noise Control:

  • Pet owners must ensure that excessive barking or other disruptive noises are managed immediately. Persistent disturbances may require the pet's removal.

Clean Up:

  • Owners must clean up after their pets using their own waste bags, and all waste should be disposed of in designated trash receptacles.

Health and Vaccinations:

  • Dogs must have current vaccinations, including rabies. Staff may request proof of vaccinations at any time.

Restricted Areas:

  • Pets are not allowed in specific areas such as public restrooms, the Hobbit House, or food preparation and dining areas.

Number of Pets:

  • A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per campsite.

Pet Fees:

  • A fee of $40.00 per pet applies.

Pet Liability:

  • Owners are fully responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets to other campers, pets, or property. Proof of liability insurance may be required.

  • Service and Support Animals:

  • Service animals and emotional support animals are exempt from breed restrictions but must adhere to all campground rules.

Violations:

  • Failure to comply with the pet policy may result in immediate eviction from the campground without a refund.

Firearms and Prohibited Items:

The use of BB guns, pellet guns, paintball guns, and slingshots is strictly prohibited within the campground. Additionally, activities such as rock throwing, rock climbing, or cliff climbing are not allowed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

Motorized and Remote-Controlled Vehicles:

Due to the size and layout of our campground, the use of remote cars, electric bicycles, or dirt bikes is not permitted. This ensures the safety and comfort of all guests while preserving the natural tranquility of the environment.

Additional Notes

  • Guests are encouraged to monitor weather and travel conditions prior to their visit, and to consider any personal circumstances before booking.

Camp Williams reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any person causing a disturbance will be required to leave the property immediately. Additionally, owners, management, and staff are not to be held responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury to yourself or your property during your stay. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and ensure the security of their belongings while enjoying the campground.
