Clean, quiet, peaceful place

Beautiful, clean, lovely people

A beautiful campground with a pull through near the water. Full hook ups and friendly folks. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty poor maintenance of the grounds, restrooms etc.

Good stay.... crazy spring weather.... bathrooms clean. The grounds need love and care and pride of doing a good job.

It appears this used to be a beautiful park, very nicely laid out. However, it is not being maintained. It looks like it used to be a Corp of Engineers park but transferred to the State of Washington. It is being neglected. The grounds were high grass and weeds. It only has 30A electrical service, which the receptacle in our pedestal was installed upside down (site #3). It is very disappointing as this could be a beautiful park. It's on the river, with lots of birds, including a great horned owl in residence.

enjoyed our stay very much.

It was kind of hard to get in and out because of the step height. It would be fantastic if a couple of the cabins were ADA accessible. That would be a great addition for your cabins. Did have a issue with yellow jackets all over the front porch and under the handrails and front steps.

The spot had no shade where the van was and the people next to me gave us no privacy they had a party and were loud

Sites were dry, dusty, tree debris was scattered throughout. The restrooms were nasty filthy. There was no personnel available to get info answer questions, etc.

Had a great stay. Quiet clean but not pristine could use a bit more maintenance

Nice place to camp, weekend we stayed very quiet and very few campers. The biggest problem I saw was the trash cans were full on Friday when arrived and weren’t dumped when leaving on Sunday. Another issue was lawn was not mowed, grass was very tall in places and weeds everywhere. Only saw one employee all weekend, not working like mowing or anything just drove the park once. Evidently they need to hire more groundskeepers. Park is too nice to not take care of.

Quiet and perfect weather. Enjoyed the wildlife.

I sent a long letter about the park. Basically it is throughly neglected not any personnel was there for our 3 day stay 3 separate sites. All the dumpsters in the park were overflowing and the bathrooms filthy! The grass was 10-15 inches deep, last years leaves still everywhere, one camper went and borrowed a mover to clean up his site.

The site was noticeably in worse shape this year. I understand the crew had only been there since 4/1, and that they had spent a lot of time cleaning up downed trees. Lawns were not mown, many branches and small trash all over. Pavilions tables and picnic were filthy. They are really nice young men, but probably need some training.

Great place for our first camping trip with new RV!

It's a beautiful spot but there was no host on duty at the park. There were two campers with signs claiming to be hosts. The first one we stopped at was filthy with overflowing trash cans that had obviously been left for some time. There was trash scattered by animals, a lot of flies and ripped and open tents behind the camper. It was gross. The second camper had a sign also saying host was 'on duty' but no one in camper. The bathrooms at both the day use area and camping had not been cleaned in some time. It's a shame to let an asset like this deteriorate. Who ever runs the park has neglected their responsibilities.
