Forestville Campground — Reviews

The stay itself was good, but having to move campsites late at night was not. We were told to pick any spot we wanted that was open. You should have more employees on sight to help guide people.

For $28/night I’d expect them to clean out the fire pit. There was a dozen beer cans in there along with plastic. There was bags of dog poop as well as some not in bags. I had to clean up the site myself.

Good campground. There is a bright light on the pole barn which shone through my tent. I would advise tenting farther away from the pole barn.

Awesome!! The host was super sweet the bike trails were fun and the campground was quiet.. an important tip is place your vehicle between the barn and your tent or campsite becauae they have a giant flood light comping off the building that could be uncomfortable

This is a beautiful, quiet spot that is convenient to town but feels very remote. The bathrooms are clean and everything is well maintained. It’s a real bargain and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Okay, what you are paying for is to be in the Marquette township. Nothing fancy, in reality you are sardined into your campsite alongside everyone else. Shed light made it hard to sleep, as did noisy guests.

There were very bright barn lights shining into our campsite. It was too bright too sleep. The campsites are so close together we could hear the person in the next tent snoring. Not a very peaceful place to spend the night.

Loved camping in the woods and no RVs round. Also, right next to the biking trails.

Clean facilities and friendly staff! No Verizon service but wifi was quick and easy, location along Superior could absolutely not be beat. Would recommend!
