Gordyville USA Camping Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled at any time.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Exceptions may be considered for situations beyond your control, including but not limited to:

• Medical emergencies

• Death in the immediate family

• Other unforeseen extenuating circumstances

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact our office at 217-568-7117 or email info@gordyvilleusa.com. All requests will be reviewed by Gordyville USA management on a case-by-case basis. Approved exceptions may be eligible for a full refund.

Our goal is to be fair to our guests while also protecting campsite availability for all visitors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
