Refund Policy

Gordyville USA Camping Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be processed through the CampSpot reservation system. Once processed, refunds may take up to five (5) business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

Refund requests submitted within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date that are approved by Gordyville USA management as an exception to the Cancellation Policy will be issued by paper check from Gordyville USA. Approved refunds will be mailed within 5–7 business days following management approval.

Please note that all exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the sole discretion of Gordyville USA management.
