Gordyville USA Camping Terms of Service

Welcome to Gordyville USA! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, the following Terms of Service apply to all camping reservations. By making a reservation and staying at Gordyville USA, guests agree to comply with these terms.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: 2:00 PM

• Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Please stop by the office to check in and check out. If the office is closed, please call (217) 568-7117 or email info@gordyvilleusa.com.

Speed Limit

The speed limit throughout the campground is 10 MPH. Please drive cautiously and watch for pedestrians, children, and animals.

Parking

• A maximum of two (2) standard passenger vehicles is permitted per campsite.

• All vehicles must fit completely within the assigned campsite.

• One (1) RV or camping trailer is permitted per site.

• Anyone operating a motorized vehicle on the property must possess a valid driver's license.

Campfires & Grills

Campfires are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Propane and charcoal grills are permitted and must be operated safely and attended at all times.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please be considerate of fellow guests by keeping music, televisions, conversations, and other noise at respectful levels throughout your stay.

Pets

Pets are welcome at Gordyville USA provided they are well-behaved and under the owner's control at all times.

• Pets must remain on a leash no longer than six (6) feet whenever outside your RV.

• Pets may not be left unattended at campsites or anywhere on the property.

• Tethering pets to campground fixtures or common areas is prohibited.

• Pets are not permitted to roam onto neighboring campsites.

• Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any conduct that disturbs other guests may result in removal of the pet or termination of your stay without refund.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately.

Campsite Care & Cleanliness

Guests are expected to keep their campsite neat and orderly throughout their stay.

The following are not permitted:

• Tents

• Tarps

• Clotheslines

• Outdoor washers or dryers

• Vehicle washing

• Vehicle or RV repairs

• Long-term storage of personal property

Only camping-related items may be kept outside your RV and must be stored neatly.

Campsites must be left clean upon departure. Failure to leave your site in acceptable condition may result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee, with additional charges assessed if cleanup costs exceed that amount.

Trash Disposal

Please help us keep Gordyville USA clean.

• Dispose of all trash in the designated dumpsters.

• Bag all garbage before disposal.

• Break down cardboard boxes before placing them in dumpsters.

• Construction materials, motor oil, chemicals, hazardous waste, or other prohibited materials may not be disposed of on the property.

Guests are expected to comply with all applicable health and sanitation regulations.

Electrical Service

Each campsite includes 30-amp and/or 50-amp electrical service, depending on the site reserved.

Guests are strongly encouraged to use an RV surge protector. Gordyville USA is not responsible for damage to RVs, vehicles, equipment, or personal property resulting from power surges, weather events, utility interruptions, or other electrical issues beyond our control.

Solicitation & Commercial Activity

No commercial activity, advertising, door-to-door solicitation, or sale of merchandise is permitted on the property without prior written approval from Gordyville USA management.

The Gordyville USA name or address may not be used for business advertising or promotional purposes without permission.

Guest Responsibility

The registered guest is financially responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and any visitors.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Gordyville USA property by themselves, members of their party, or their visitors.

Property Damage

Any damage to buildings, campsites, utilities, landscaping, or other facility property caused during your stay will be repaired by Gordyville USA. The registered guest agrees to reimburse Gordyville USA for the full cost of repairs or replacement.

Repairs

Mechanical repairs, maintenance, or servicing of RVs, vehicles, or trailers are not permitted on the property.

Personal Property & Insurance

Guests are responsible for insuring their own RVs, vehicles, equipment, and personal belongings.

Gordyville USA assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, damage, fire, weather-related incidents, accidents, or other unforeseen events affecting personal property.

Right to Refuse Service

Gordyville USA reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any guest, visitor, or pet whose behavior violates these Terms of Service, disrupts other guests, damages property, interferes with facility operations, or creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment.

Guests removed from the property for rule violations will not be entitled to a refund.

Early Departures & Service Interruptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Early departures

• Inclement weather

• Utility outages

• Service interruptions

• Acts of nature

• Event cancellations beyond Gordyville USA's control

• Any circumstance outside the reasonable control of Gordyville USA

All cancellations and approved refunds are subject to the Gordyville USA Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
