Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 90 days in advance of the check in date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. 

Cancellations made 90 days or less in advance of the check in date will not receive a refund. 

If your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of booking due to the RV requirements not being met, the cancellation fee will be waived and you will recieve a full refund, less the $3 booking fee.

If your stay is rejected upon arrival because you provided false information about the length/age/type/condition of your RV, no refund will be given.

The $3 booking fee is non-refundable. There is a 3.1% credit card processing fee for all credit card transactions. This fee is also not refundable. We accept ACH, check and cash payments as well.

Any booking that is rejected within 72 hours due to failure to meet the terms above will not be subject to the cancellation fee and will be fully refunded. The $3 booking fee is not refundable. The 3.1% credit card processing fee is not refundable.
