Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. Bookings that do not meet the below criteria may be rejected/cancelled and refunded within 72 hours of booking. Upon arrival, if we find that your RV does not meet the description of age/type/length/condition that you provided in booking, and does not meet the criteria below, your stay can be rejected and no refund will be given.

Travel Trailers are permitted to rent May 1 - October 31 only.

November 1 - April 30, no travel trailers are allowed. Class B RV's are not permitted at any time of year.

RV's must be 26 feet or more in length. 

RV's must be 10 years or less in age and in good condition. RV's over 10 years in age will be required to submit photos of all 4 sides of the RV to info@gulfwatersrv.com for approval, and may be subject to denial.

Only Enclosed Cargo Trailers are permitted, may be no more than 35' in length, and may not display any commercial logo.

Enclosed Cargo Trailer parking is only available on select lots, for an additional $3.00 per day storage fee. If you require a site with cargo trailer space, you must contact the office at info@gulfwatersrv.com 

RV's must have jack pads under all jacks.

No boat storage is allowed. 

Your Car Dolly must be stored in the back of a site designated to house a Car Dolly. These sites are located on the outer perimeter. Please inform the office if this applies to you.

Tents, truck campers, pop ups and other portable shade apparatuses are not allowed. 

We are pet friendly, we allow 2 pets maximum per site.

Renters must check in at the Gulf Waters RV Rental Office and register each person who will be residing with the undersigned Renter(s). Check in time is 1:00 PM, Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Renters acknowledge that NO SITE NUMBER is guaranteed, unless an arrangement has been made by the Owner directly through Management.

There is a 3.1% Credit Card Processing Fee applied to all credit card transactions. This fee is not refundable. We accept check, ACH and cash payments as well. A card must be on file for incidentals.

Any booking that is rejected within 72 hours due to failure to meet the terms above will not be subject to the cancellation fee and will be fully refunded. The $3 booking fee is not refundable. 

WAIVER, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT:  Guest does hereby release, discharge and convent not to sue Owner, the Association, its managers, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns (all hereinafter referred to as Releasees), from all liability for all injury, loss or damage, and any claim for damage therefor, on account of death or injury to Renter and, if applicable, to Renter’s guests or minor children, damage to Renter’s property, whether caused by the negligence of Releasee or otherwise, while Renter is in actual or constructive possession of the premises and/or during Renter’s use of the common areas and amenities.  Renter further agrees to indemnify the Releasees from any claims, loss, liability, damage or costs, including attorney’s fees Releasees may incur due to the lot rental, or the use of the common areas or amenities, by Renter, whether caused by the negligence of Releasee or otherwise.  Site rental locations are subject to change without notice.  Rates subject to change without notice.
