Refund Policy

Cancellations made up to 90 days in advance of the check in date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. 

Cancellations made 90 days or less in advance of the check in date will not receive a refund. 

If your reservation is cancelled upon booking due to the RV requirements not being met, the cancellation fee will be waived and you will be refunded your deposit.

The $3 booking fee is non-refundable. The 3.1% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.

Please be sure to secure your dates, there are no refunds for early departures.

Any booking that is rejected within 72 hours due to failure to meet the terms above will not be subject to the cancellation fee and will be refunded.
