This "resort" was not a resort at all. 30 miles from anywhere, the nearest town didn't have gas unless you were part of the co-op, the bathroom was just slightly better than a portolet with running water, the lake was green, all gravel, no grass anywhere. We didn't feel safe at all here.

We’re located just 9 miles from Mansfield, WA, with a card-lock gas station near the airport (locals are always happy to help with directions). As new owners, we’ve added a new bathroom roof, lighting, and screens, with more updates coming soon. Facilities are cleaned and stocked, though still modest. Campsites are gravel with little shade, as noted, and we’re excited to expand our grassy day-use area in 2026. For peace of mind, we have security cameras and a Ring doorbell for after-hours needs.

Jameson Lake is a natural, spring-fed lake in central WA—while not tropical, guests enjoy swimming, paddling, and boating in its cool waters. Campsites line the gravel shoreline; we don’t advertise sandy “beach” access, though we plan to add a swim area near the dock in the future. For those seeking peace, views, and space by the water, our campground delivers.
