Cancellation Policy

Lake Hamilton Escape understands that plans can change. To ensure fairness and consistency for all guests, the following cancellation terms apply to every reservation.

Administrative Fee

All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

RV & Tent Sites

• 7 or more days before arrival: Refund issued minus the $25 administrative fee
• Within 7 days of arrival: Deposit forfeited; no refund

Cabins & Lodging Units

• 14 or more days before arrival: Refund issued minus the $25 administrative fee
• Within 14 days of arrival: Deposit forfeited; no refund

Monthly & Extended Stays

• 30 or more days before arrival: Refund issued minus the $25 administrative fee
• Within 30 days of arrival: Deposit forfeited; no refund

Non‑Refundable Items

The following charges are non‑refundable under all circumstances:

• Campspot reservation fees
• Credit card processing fees
• Deposits (if inside the non‑refundable window)
• Early departures
• Site lock fees
• Additional add‑on fees once purchased

Weather & Circumstances Beyond Control

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

• Weather conditions (rain, storms, heat, cold, etc.)
• Service disruptions or utility outages outside the Park’s control
• Amenity closures for maintenance, safety, or operational needs
• Natural events, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the Park’s control

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the guest’s financial institution.
