Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to the following terms:

General Refund Rules

  • All Campspot reservation fees and credit card processing fees are non‑refundable.
  • Deposits are non‑transferable.
  • Early departures are non‑refundable.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for weather, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond the Park’s control.
  • Approved refunds processed within 10 business days.

Cancellation Refunds

All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

RV & Tent Sites

  • 7+ days before arrival: Refund minus $25 administrative fee
  • Within 7 days of arrival: Deposit forfeited (no refund)

Cabins & Lodging Units

  • 14+ days before arrival: Refund minus $25 administrative fee
  • Within 14 days of arrival: Deposit forfeited (no refund)

Monthly & Extended Stays

  • 30+ days before arrival: Refund minus $25 administrative fee
  • Within 30 days of arrival: Deposit forfeited (no refund)

Non‑Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Early departures
  • Guest removal due to rule violations or unsafe behavior
  • Weather conditions (rain, storms, heat, cold, etc.)
  • Utility outages or service interruptions outside the Park’s control
  • Amenity closures for maintenance, safety, weather, or operational needs
  • Failure to adhere to check‑in/check‑out times
  • Violations of Park rules, including occupancy, pet, vehicle, or conduct policies

Refund Processing

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the guest’s financial institution.
