Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date with a refund of
all paid fees except for a cancellation fee for the amount of 1-night stay.

Cancellations made seven (7) days prior (or less) to arrival date will forfeit all fees and taxes.

Certain circumstances allow issuance of camp credit upon cancellation. for example death in the family, or camper broke down on  the way here and had to go straight to shop, or child in hospital... If management issues a camp credit for your cancellation or early departure, then  you must call camp host office before you make a payment on your next reservation. Camp credit can not be used online and must be reserved through camp host office only.

Management has the right to cancel a reservation and/or contract anytime with 100% refund of all
monies received for the reservation. For instance, Pickwick Lake is subject to flooding and while it is not often,
there is a possibility the campground may be required to close within a day notice.

Please make sure a correct phone number and email is on the reservation and in the campground office after check in. Campsites
are not to be left unattended for more than 24 hours.
