Refund Policy

If reservation is cancelled within policy and it is 8 or more days prior to check in, then a full refund can be issued with the exception of one night pay and fees. Under certain emergencies (i.e.  Potential flooding at McFarland) a full refund of rent plus fees will be issued. If reservation is cancelled 7 days or sooner than check in, the customer must forfeit all of the rent plus fees. In some cases camp credit can be issued upon camp host honorable judgement.

CAMP CREDIT: If you are issued camp credit please call the office before you submit a payment on your next visit. Customer will not be able to use camp credit without going through the office prior to payment.
