There are some important details we want you to know for your upcoming trip.
All campers MUST stop at campground office before pulling in to a campsite during office hours. After hours check-in is available online but you must call 256-740-8817 during office hours. The campground gate closes when host leaves the office. Please talk to camp host for details. Office hours are Monday-Saturday 8:00am - 9:00pm, Sunday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Check-in 2:00 PM and check-out 12 NOON. ***Late check-outs past 12:30 PM will be charged an additional night, unless otherwise approved by management.*****
BEFORE ARRIVAL PLEASE COMPLETE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: THESE ARE REQUIREMENTS AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS INFORMATION IT WILL FORFEIT YOUR STAY. This information can be completed by calling the camp host or completing the check in email before arrival. Also, bring proof to camp host office when checking in.

Speed Limit is 5mph no exceptions
Although booking multiple sites (for the same dates) is permissible by Campspot, it is NOT allowed at McFarland. Booking multiple sites for the same day under one customer is subjected to cancellation. If you need help booking a group site please call the camp host office. All reservations must be completed by the actual individual who is staying in camp site.
Horse Trailers will no longer be recognized as campers. We are sorry for any inconveniences.

If any part of your reservation is unpaid, you may also use the Reservation Details Link above to complete your outstanding balance before checking in.
Campground Office Hours
Monday-Saturday 8:00am - 9:00pm
Sunday 1:00am - 7:00pm
Fees Per Night - check out time is 12 noon.
$35.00/day RV Camping
$30.00/day Senior Camping (62 or older) Will be required to show licenses upon arrival.
$30.00 Handicap Camping (requires a valid permit)
$5.00 Dump Fee
May-August - Maximum length of stay is 14 days. All campers must leave for 14 days before returning. Stays of less than 14 days also require 14 days out.
September - April - Maximum length of stay is 31 days. Campers must leave for 5 days before returning.
Stays of less than 31 days also require 5 days out.
Campground Rules
1. THE SPEED LIMIT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND IS 5 MPH.
2. Visiting hours are from 7:00am-11:00pm. Quiet time is 10:00pm-7:00am. McFarland Park gate closes @ 11:00pm. You are responsible for your guest. Please make sure they follow the 5mph speed limit and all of the other Terms and Conditions. If your guest violate the rules you may be held accountable.
3. Camper’s must have valid drivers license and RV registration; The same name of the person's ID shall be used on the camping reservation. If you do not have this information, then your stay at McFarland will be forfeited.
4. RV spaces are allowed 2 vehicles per site where space is available. Please do not park vehicles in the grass. Tag numbers of all vehicles at the campsite should be on the camping registration, any other vehicles must be parked in the parking lot.
5. Only One RV on each paid site only. Please do not place tents in the grass. Tent charge is the same as RV charge. Primitive camping is not allowed at this time.
6. All campsites are by reservation only. RV must occupy site during the camping reservation.
7. The RV may not be left unoccupied for more than 24 hours. The site is for personal camping only and may not be used to store or lease a RV as Airbnb or any type of rental. The person on the registration must be staying in the RV. No subleasing campsites allowed.
8. If a RV must temporarily leave the campsite, please notify the camp office. Site should not be vacated for more than 24 hours.
9. Campfires cannot be built on the ground. Campfires are limited to raised portable fire pits. They must be contained and extinguished when unattended. Campers are welcome to use fireplaces in the shelter if it is not reserved. No campfires allowed at all during a burn ban.
10. Pets are welcome and must be kept on a leash. Pet owner must clean up after pets. Proof of vaccinations may be required. Limit of 2 pets.
11. Campers are not allowed to play or ride bicycles, skateboard or scooters in or around the bath house or shelters. Please make sure bicycles have reflectors or lights.
12. NO unauthorized motorized or battery powered vehicles permitted in the park (ATVs, golf carts, hoverboard, scooters, etc.)
13. Clotheslines are not permitted.
14. Health Department regulations require proper disposal of all holding tanks. Ensure hoses do not leak and are properly inserted in the sewer outlet.
15. Fireworks and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the park or campground area.
16. Deposit all trash in the dumpsters provided at each end of the campground. Campsite grounds must be kept free of trash and clutter free at all times.
17. Do not cut, nail or scar plants or trees.
18. Please use a water Regulator to control the water pressure as the City of Florence does not assume responsibility for damages to your water lines or Hot Water Heater.
19. McFarland campground rents Wi-Fi boxes for $5/ night. You will be issued a Hotspot box, a charging cord, and a USB wall port for each night rented. If any or all of these items are not returned on time, after a rental, you will be accountable for the original charge of the item(s).

Pickwick Lake is subject to flooding. The campground may be required to close within a day notice. Please make sure a correct phone number is on file in the campground office at all times. Do not leave RVs, or anything on a campsite unattended for more than 24 hours.
