Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs Seven (7) days or less prior to the scheduled arrival day, the total amount paid is forfeited (otherwise, non-refundable).  If cancellation occurs eight (8) days or more to prior to the scheduled arrival day, there is a full refund minus a $15 cancellation fee per site. Modifications are included

• Booking fee is non-refundable.

• Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Reservation modifications are subject to the same policy. Any modification made within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date that results in a shortened stay, reduced number of nights, or lowered reservation total shall not be eligible for a refund or credit for the removed date.

*If a camper decides to leave early for any reason during their camping stay or if Administration terminates the camping stay for any reason, there is no refund.
