Cancellation & Refund Policies

Cottages:

• Reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.

• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival receive no refund.

• No shows and early departures receive no refund.

• Holidays and Blackout Dates are non-refundable and will forfeit any deposit paid

RV Sites:

• Reservations cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.

• Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.

• No shows and early departures receive no refund.
