Friendly staff, well maintained, spacious sites, and no problem with rowdy partiers. One of the nicer spots on the prairies and great paddling (when the wind is down).

My boyfriend and I had a great time camping here, the water was beautiful and the campground was very well taken care of. We booked for the following weekend while we were there.

Great campground, wonderful individual and group sites and fire wood for sale. Well maintained beach with modern playground, fire pits, picnic tables near beach with docks for launching kayaks and other water craft with an easy accessible marina and boat launch. Wonderful trail around the lake for walking or biking 🚴 is approximately 9k’s Only negative point is the Sheerness Generating Station is across the lake and it will blow off pressure around 9/10 pm for 20/30 min that can be annoying when trying to enjoy a camp fire 🔥. However, still a great place with very friendly staff.

We did enjoy our stay in our group site , the place and the lake where kids enjoyed the swimming. The only thing is that the kitchen / multi hall is dirty that we need to buy broom to clean it. But other than that all is ok. We will definitely come again

The dog beach is a big draw for our Portuguese Water Dog. Everything worked perfectly. The site was spacious with lots of sun or shade, so nice to have a choice. Lots of green space for play. Lots of playground equipment in various locations that are convenient to campsites and to the people beach. Boat docks and launch available.

Super weekend, spot 77 was clean and the firepit ashes had been disposed of. However we would highly recommend a shower house at that end of the campground. As well the boaters day dock is inaccessible due to so many swimmers there. Too dangerous to bring the boat in to drop off or pick up. Perhaps the boaters day dock needs to be moved further east. Beautiful area - we have been enjoying Prairie Oasis now for years - thank you!
