Location is awesome. Water and electric needs improvement and trees need to be trimmed so that pop outs can fit. I barely fit my small 23 ft rig into my spot and branches were hitting my pop outs and awning cover. Water spickets are cheap. Electric is weak kicking my surge protector off because they are on fluctuating power. FYI I think most sites are 50amp so bring a dog bone if you are 30Amp.Beautiful if you get a spot by the river, they are the best spots.
