Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

No Weather or Emergency Refunds. Refunds will not be issued for rain, heat, cold, storms, vehicle or RV breakdowns, personal or family emergencies, illness, or early departure for any reason. We encourage Guests to consider travel insurance.

Eviction. Any Guest removed from the park for violating park rules forfeits all remaining money paid, with no refund of any kind.

Refund Method and Timing. Approved refunds are returned to the original credit card used for payment within 5 to 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Disputes. Refund requests and disputes must be submitted in writing by email or through the Campspot portal. Verbal agreements or promises made by anyone other than park management in writing are not binding.
