At the last minute on a Saturday we were looking for an RV park. The gentleman at the front desk was so informational and polite. We had a nice space for a reasonable price. It was a great stay.

Quiet, easy in and out. We stayed at the back of the park by the river. WiFi won’t reach there but it was otherwise very enjoyable.

Spacious and quiet campground close driving distance to Old Town Cottonwood and Sedona! Plenty of room to maneuver trailers and the spots are big! Kris was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived.

The campsite was a last minute choice, lucky we were able to find a spot over the busy holiday weekend and we were happy to find a spot! The entire campground was clean and organized— Wifi however was truly useless. The signal strength wavered between poor to nonexistent. Definitely need to upgrade or enhance your data services.
