Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure all our guests have the opportunity to enjoy their stay, we adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:

Short-Term Stays (Less than 30 Nights)

  • 15+ Days Notice: Eligible for a 100% full refund.

  • Less than 14 Days Notice: Cancellation results in a non-refundable 1-night deposit fee.

  • No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for guests who do not arrive for their scheduled stay (applies to stays less than 6 months).

Long-Term Stays (30 to 179 Nights)

  • 31+ Days Notice: Eligible for a full refund of your payment/deposit.

  • Less than 30 Days Notice: Cancellations made 0 to 30 days prior to arrival will incur a full non-refundable deposit fee.

  • Early Departure: If cancellation occurs after the first night for long-term stays, a 1-month (30 days) fee will be charged for the stay period.

Extended / Seasonal Stays (Over 6 Months / 180+ Nights)

  • 61+ Days Notice: Eligible for a 100% full refund.

  • Less than 60 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 0 to 60 days of arrival will incur a 1-month (30 days) non-refundable deposit fee.

Monthly rent is due on the first of every month. If you move in after the first, it will be prorated until the following month. A late fee of $25 will be added after the 5th, with an additional $5 per day thereon. Nonpayment after 15 days will be a termination of lease; a lien will be placed on RV and may be required to leave or be removed from the property.

Weather Policy: We do not offer refunds for weather-related events unless the weather is deemed severe or the resort is officially closed by management for safety.
