Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can shift, and we want to make sure our cancellation policy is clear and easy to understand with no surprises along the way.

Here’s how it works:

• Standard cancellations: A $25 cancellation fee applies.

• Within 7 days of arrival: Your one-night deposit is non-refundable instead of the $25 cancellation fee. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.

• Stays longer than two weeks: We require 30 days’ notice. Cancellations with less notice forfeit the full deposit instead of the $25 cancellation fee.

• Promotional reservations: The full one-night deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel. This replaces the $25 cancellation fee. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded unless the cancellation falls under the full-stay policy below.

• Day-of cancellations, no-shows and early departures: The full stay is non-refundable, including promotional reservations. Any unpaid balance will be charged.
