Refund Policy

We do our best to be fair and consistent with our cancellation and refund policies, and we understand that unexpected situations can arise.

In certain circumstances, we may offer a complimentary or discretionary refund outside of our standard policy. These decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

When possible, we may offer a partial refund, credit toward a future stay, or other accommodation rather than a full refund.
