Spot was very small and there was a party of at least 30 people eating, drinking and playing music within 8 feet of our camper van. Pretty disappointing!

How clean they keep it. The clubhouse they have with games, and a pool table, along with all the outside sitting areas and bbq area. The bathrooms and showers are super clean, and the outside dishwashing area with hot water, which is pretty amazing! The location is amazing as it’s 6 miles from Santa Cruz Boardwalk, and also close to Capitola. The staff there are pretty great and Beth was so helpful and amazing. Some of the Travel Trailer spots are pretty tight to get into. We have a 28 foot trailer and we’re in spot 80. It was very hard to back into that spot but the other campers moved their truck. Some other spots appear pretty hard to back into.
