Cancellation Policy

If you notice any errors in your reservation, please contact us immediately as we are not responsible for any errors after 24 hours of making reservation for any reason.

Year-Round Reservations (7-Day Cancellation Policy)

• Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per site (for any reason).

• Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total reservation cost per site (for any reason).

• Cancellations made on the day of arrival are responsible for the entire reservation cost per site (for any reason).

• No Shows are responsible for the entire reservation cost per site (for any reason).

• No refunds will be issued on or after the scheduled arrival date (for any reason).

Reservation Modification Policy

A reservation modification is any change that moves all or part of your reservation from the original reserved dates, including changing your arrival date, departure date, or reducing the length of your stay.

• Modifications made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to a $50 modification fee per site (for any reason).

• Modifications made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the daily site rate for each day modified, per site (for any reason).

• No modifications are permitted on the day of arrival or during your reserved stay (for any reason).

Camper Credit Policy

If a camper credit is issued for any reason:

• Camper credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.

• Credits not redeemed within one (1) year will automatically expire and be forfeited.

• Camper credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Expired camper credits will not be extended, reinstated, or transferred.

Moving any reserved night to a future date is considered a cancellation of the original night and is subject to the applicable cancellation and modification policies.
