Squatch Pines Family Campground – Refund Policy

We want all of our guests to have the best possible experience at Squatch Pines. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be fair while also maintaining the integrity of our booking process. Please review our refund policy below:

Standard Refund Policy

Refunds are issued based on the timeline of your cancellation and follow the guidelines outlined in our Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made through Campspot will be refunded according to your eligibility at the time of cancellation.

  • All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

  • Cancellations made within the non-refundable windows outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

  • No-shows or early departures.

  • Inclement weather, including rain or storms. Camping is an outdoor experience, and weather conditions are not guaranteed.

  • Violation of campground rules or policies resulting in removal from the property.

  • Interruptions to utility services due to acts of nature, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control.

Modifications & Changes

  • Date changes or reservation modifications may be allowed based on availability and are subject to current rates and a possible change fee.

  • If a change in dates results in a lower total, the difference will be refunded only if the change is made outside of the non-refundable window.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all guests while allowing us to manage our campground operations effectively. Please review the following terms carefully before making your reservation:

For Standard and Premium Back-In Full Hookup RV Sites (Nightly/Short-Term):

  • 0 to 2 Days Before Arrival:
    No refund will be issued.

  • 3+ Days Before Arrival:
    A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total reservation amount.

  • No Show or Cancellation After Arrival:
    No refund will be issued.

For Long-Term Bookings (Standard Back-In Full Hookup RV Sites):

  • 14 Days or Less Before Arrival:
    No refund will be issued.

  • 14+ Days Before Arrival:
    A $200 prepayment will be retained. The remainder will be refunded.

  • No Show or Cancellation After Arrival:
    No refund will be issued.

For Seasonal Long-Term Bookings (Standard Back-In Full Hookup RV Sites):

Before April 1:

If you cancel before April 1, you may receive a refund of any payments made except the $400 non-refundable deposit.

On or After April 1:

All payments become fully non-refundable starting April 1, including any additional payments made after the deposit.

After the Season Begins (May 15):

Once the season starts, no refunds or credits will be issued for early departure or unused time.

No Early Check-Out Refunds:

Seasonal fees cover the entire season. Leaving early does not reduce or change the total owed.

If the Campground Must Close:

If Squatch Pines must close for reasons within our control, a prorated credit or refund may be considered.

If closure is due to weather, natural disasters, or events outside our control, refunds are not guaranteed.

Additional Notes:

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing or made through your original booking method.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

  • No refunds will be given for early departures, weather conditions, or unused nights.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and current rates and may incur a fee.

By booking a site at Squatch Pines Family Campground, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Processing Time

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

By booking a site at Squatch Pines Family Campground through Campspot, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
